Data Security and Privacy Legislation

Over the summer, as part of a law firm internship project, my friend Bennett Tung and I wrote an extensive research paper summarizing and comparing Data Security and Privacy Legislation and in China, the U.S., and E.U.
This paper is packed full of information with a background to explain the history of data privacy and the respective government and legal systems of the three political entities being discussed. Each area's laws are discussed in length and then legislation as a whole is compared and remarked upon. This paper also includes case studies of real-life applications vis a vis the Data Security and Privacy Laws.
